Jesmond Colliery, SIR THOS. BURDON

BEGS to inform the Inhabitants of Newcastle, that from numerous Complaints having been made to him, that the Cartmen who lead Coals are in the Habit of passing off other Coals to them for his, and from Complaints about the Measure and other Circumstances relative thereto, he has come to the Determination (in Order to do away all Complaints) to lead the Coals from his Colliery into the Town, with his own Carts, for which he will charge only 1s. per Fother over and above the Price of the Coals at the Pit. The whole Charge will now be 7s. for the best Coals, and 5s. 6d. for the Second, laid down at the Door.

ORDERS for COALS will be received at the Brewery Office, on the Quay; and at the Colliery Office, near to Brandling Place.

N. B. The Coals to be paid for on Delivery.
